Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"First let me say the car smell like a pissy subway station, second the so call manger Rob is the worse the bold guy you can miss him, very rude and condescending wasn’t willing to trade us out the car , so we went down the block to Hertz Rent-A-Car, which was much better cleaner mine you no smell if I can give a zero I would stay away from this spot , and last but not lease the lady with the short hair cut or man not sure what but it refuse to let me use the bathroom but let a lady use it after I left very prejudice"

"The staff was very professional, polity and efficient, they call me to remind me important dates and to check if everything was going good with my rental car, I had rent cars before in another locations but none had such great customer service as this in Middle Country Road they went above and beyond to make my rental experience exceptional! "Be very careful of using this Enterprise . They charge you insurance even when you decline . They have multiple insurance offers. After many phone calls and Rob the manger admitting over the phone that I declined all insurance and it was a mistake I’ve never been credited back my money. I made 15 -20 calls to the location and rob was always on another phone call and the girl just kept saying I don’t know why it is taking so long to credit me back , it’s in the notes and its on corporate now . Months later and nothing . Criminals here , you’ve been warned and all locals news and papers are gonna be notified of the deception by Rob , his staff and Enterprise ."
