"Used to be regular customer there. Not using this location again. Absolutely horrible service. Last rental was 2 weeks ago. I reserved specific car online and got confirmation car is available. When I showed up was told they have no cars. They gave me small car (still charged me for SUV), car was not cleaned inside. It was raining heavy that day, windshield wipers were completely shot and not safe. Lady at the counter was rude. On the day when you have no issues, they keep sending you text messages and email to submit a review. Every time I have bad experience, no one cares. And they selectively overcharge you for insurance. Some days you need to provide copy of your existing insurance and some day they don't. Which means you will be selectively overcharged based on who you get..."
