"This company deserves ZERO stars! The bus was old and disgusting inside. The air conditioning didn’t work making it unbearable for the 2 plus hour drive with 50 kids and parents. This was a school trip and for the price this company charged I was expecting at least AC. Horrible!"

"This company is a disgrace!! They should get 0 stars ! The amount of money we spent and this bus is filthy ! A child got stuck in the bathroom! I actually had to fix it and help the kid out myself! My son was so hot he almost passed out as did I! They should be ashamed of themselves DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY !!! The driver didn’t care that the bus was fogging it was so hot ! Having children on a bus this hot for hours is completely unacceptable! You shouldn’t be aloud to rent anything because this company is pathetic! Horrible service / CUSTOMER SERVICE Ruined our trip and I have to go back on the bus for another few hours to get back home The maintenance obviously isn’t a worry just taking peoples money and giving in return garbage service and out of date vehicles no foot rest or cup holders We couldn’t get a driver and had to wait to approve the driver since it’s a school event Furious is an understatement! I will be calling the better business bureau and making a complaint as well ! Shame on you I’ll be posting this everywhere I can !"

"Red carpet was hired to provide 6 coach buses for my schools field trip. After another school trip had problems with them I was concerned, but I had no choice as we had already paid in full. I had confirmed with the manager a week prior to the trip as well as a day prior to the trip that we were receiving six coach buses as we paid for on the day of the trip for coach buses arrived one small 44 passenger bus arrived and we were missing a 55 passenger bus all together. After several phone calls from the drivers who were present and myself to the company, the last bus showed up an hour late, absolutely filthy and disgusting, but we had no choice as we had to catch a boat in New York City. We were over an hour late for our boat departure, which cut our boat trip down significantly and the one thing we went to see which is the Statue of Liberty. We did not have time to see. The drivers were kind and professional, but the company is absolutely awful and their customer service is a disgrace I am expecting a refund of money to my students account for the aggravation and the incorrect passes we received. The manager Barbara P was rude to deal with. I am disgusted over what problems were created by this company. I’ll stick with school buses from now on"

"My family and I have used Red Carpet for my own bachelorette in 2021 and will be using them twice this year for additional events. Their pick ups were on time and the driver was very friendly and fun. They are very responsive, friendly and have been amazing to work with. They have been very easy and patient while we manage two reservations. Highly recommend and we are very excited to have them for our events!"
