"Horrible experience I purposely reserved a car in advance To take my daughter back to college Father’s Day weekend very very, very poor experience ruin the family trip.i called the location to go over all the details. The car that I asked for was there but they told me they were holding it for somebody else when I asked they told me they couldn’t hold a vehicle if it was there, I could have it. Crtainly not the case in this location! I went over the pricing before I reserved when I got there The pricing doubled because they were going to be closed on Sunday. I specifically asked if I could drop it at night was told it was OK manager was on willing to help. Stay away from this location if you can help it. I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Let’s see if corporate even cares how they treat their customers."

"This place scammed me out of 470$.. when getting a rental MAKE SURE to call your insurance company before buying ANY insurance! I needed a rental from enterprise due to my own car being in the shop.. If you already have full coverage you do NOT need to buy theirs!!!! YOU CAN CARRY OVER YOUR OWN INSURANCE! The employee who gave me my rental told me nothing about this.. they told me I needed to get insurance on the car or have none which is fine but at my own risk. NOTHING FURTHER.. obviously I’m getting insurance.. so obviously I took it.. I didn’t know exactly what I was doing and they took advantage of that completely. When I told my insurance company (after the fact) they told me that enterprise should have warned me that I could get it covered if I already had full coverage on my personal vehicle. I tried to get my money back but the woman at enterprise Rocky point, kept patronizing me and knew exactly what I was talking about but kept telling me it was my own fault. I explained how no one ever explained that to me and she couldn’t care less. She was extremely passive because they had already gotten my money and she said that I signed a contract and nothing could be done. Please be aware of this! This is not the first time I’ve heard of car rental companies doing this!"
