Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I returned the car first thing in am and I got charged for the full day anyway , when I called general customer service told me is except to the location where I rent to honor the day . When I called them they were rude and flat out say no I needed to pay for the day. , they should told me I would returned the car by the end of the day . Amboy road location sucks I never again use them ."

"Anthony at Enterprise on Amboy Rd. helped me with my rental. I was given an upgrade because they didn’t have the car I booked. It was a nice ride but had less fuel efficiency, which was not what I wanted. The price was right and Anthony’s team was very respectful throughout the whole rental process. They even hung onto a bunch of clothes I accidentally left in the car’s backseat when I returned it and was able to pick them up the next morning. Most businesses would probably have dumped them and not been so considerate. I will gladly rent from them again."
