"You guys had a key on the hood of the 1500 Ram. It has a red and black lanyard."

"Joe Smith worked very hard to find a vehicle to match our requirements."
"Stunningly terrible - Mikayla Diaz emailed re: my original web inquiry, and then didn't reply to either of my follow up emails, including setting up a time to come in. Instead, I just got more "form letter" emails about wanting to earn my business and asking if I had any questions. In addition, apparently 2 weeks ago, a friend from the local North Jersey Fiat Abarth group also inquired about an 500 Abarth, set up an appointment, came in, and was then told the car was already sold at auction a couple days prior. If this is the kind of treatment one receives when trying to *give them business*, I don't want to know what it's like when one needs after-sales help on anything. Today, I got yet another follow up generic email from Alicia Alonso ("Business Development Manager") checking on my satisfaction so far and urging me to follow up directly if I had any questions. Here's the kicker: the email reply bounced back because the direct email address she included isn't valid. Obviously, we're taking our money elsewhere. As will my wife, when she's looking for her new Grand Cherokee lease after the current one ends in September. In the real world (where dealer franchise laws aren't so protectionist), this place would be gone in a week..."
