"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase experience at this dealership. I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 specifically with black rims. However, upon picking up the truck, I noticed that it had the regular silver rims instead. After voicing my concerns, the team assured me that they would correct the mistake and provide the black rims as originally specified. To my dismay, I later discovered that the rims were merely painted black instead of being replaced with genuine black rims. Just a couple of days after receiving the truck, I noticed bubbles on the rims, clearly indicating the poor quality of the paint job. Despite my clear communication with customer representative, who assured me that the rims would not be painted but replaced, I feel deceived and extremely disappointed by this dishonest handling of my request. This experience has left me far from satisfied with both the product and the service provided. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I anticipated from a Dodge dealership."
