"Worst customer service ever!! Have zero sense of business or how to run a business. Also, the girl named Melany is so rude and of no help. All she does is take messages and pass them over with no serious response. I do think she needs to be trained professionally, not sure if she was new. The second time when I called, she didn't answer and then I tried like 3-4 times again and she hung up the phone thinking I did not know what she was doing. The 5th time I called and she answers saying she was busy with another customer in person - but that does not mean you hang up customer's calls, you need to learn to put them on hold. I wasted 7 days waiting and filing my application with them and they did not help at all. Stay away from this business!!!"

"My daughter got her first car as ford focus from kumar. I was not sure in the beginning cause it’s hard to believe a dealership but then I thought let’s have a look , the price is decent and he sounds respectful. The whole process was very smooth. Whatever he told me over the phone. Everything was the same. He didn’t lie about the car. We didn’t have enough money for the temporary plate he said do not worry I will drop the car at your home. It has been three months no issue with the car. The car passed the inspection without any issue. Highly recommended"

"Was pretty shady, drove an hour for a car with "no accidents" when it clearly had at least 2 decent non frame damage crashes. They said it was in excellent condition when the seats needed to be reupholstered and the brakes were nearly unusable... they also lied about the backup camera working and called it a fuse issue when it definitely never working... felt like a lemon"
