"When I started looking at one particular vehicle at this dealership, I was skeptical due to the reviews. I monitored this vehicle for a month, reaching out from time to time with the online chat, which was very responsive. Eddie provided an email copy of the Carfax report immediately upon request. During an online chat, I was connected with a salesperson named Henry. I've owned a lot of cars in my lifetime and have never worked with a more professional, punctual and dependable sales person before. When I made it clear, upfront, that I would not travel over 4 hours one way just to view a car, Henry went above and beyond for over two weeks to ease my concerns about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. I received videos and photos of every part of the vehicle, from starting it up, to demonstrating the function of the convertible top. I received pictures of the undercarriage and engine compartment. Henry's communication skills are fantastic, and he assured me that he would treat the car as if it were for him or a family member. He also made sure to alert the finance manager, Mike, about drawing up a bill of sale for me to present to my bank. Yes, there were fees. For my vehicle, those fees were $2,900 more than the price listed online. In my opinion, the car was still worth mire than the final price. Mike was quick to initiate all DMV paperwork for electronic signing. Very simple, all online. Henry's role as a sales person didn't stop there. He kept in touch with the shop responsible for inspecting the car. He updated me daily during the inspection process, which took about 3 days. Again, I was patient and gave them time to make sure my car was in top shape. I arranged transport on my own, but Henry communicated with the party involved and always kept me updated. After the inspection, Henry personally hand washed my car and cleaned the entire engine compartment. He took pictures before turning it over to transport, so I knew exactly what to expect upon delivery. He even took a picture of the driver's license should my car have anything unexpected take place. He was with me from beginning to end. Henry is THE reason why this purchase happened! Every doubt I had disappeared due to his above and beyond efforts. I am so thankful that I had such a positive experience with ACM! Thank you and I hope to be back in the future!"
