"Horrible experience from start to finish. This dealership is ran horribly. They tried to add over $4000 in additional charges, taxes, and dealer fees for an $8000 vehicle. After negotiating the price down to a fair out the door price of $9400 and putting a deposit down, they agreed to keep the vehicle in the lot until the next day without starting the car to make sure the timing gears weren’t rattling on the engine at cold start. The manager even told me he would take the key home with him so that no one could start the car. The next day 40 minutes prior to arriving, the salesman calls me telling me the car is here and had been sitting without starting. I show up at 12:30pm as promised to find the car gone. The manager I dealt with the night before was not there and when I asked Don and the manager on duty what happened to the car they had no idea where the car went. When they finally found the car some guy in plain clothing dropped it off. They have people coming in and out of this place from other dealerships grabbing keys and taking cars off the lot and there’s no communication so no one has a clue where the cars are. Even after this mess I decided to continue with the agreed out the door price at which point they said I would have to cover taxes, registration, titling and tag fees. This was not what we agreed on and they went back on their promise. They knew how far we drove to get this car. This place is a joke and they don’t keep their word. Don’t bother wasting your time like we did driving 2.5 hours away on two different days! If you read through the reviews you will see a similar pattern to how they do business. Buyer beware!"
