"I dropped my front rotors off today at 10:30, the guy who I dropped them off with didn't tell me a price and didn't want me phone number, just told me to "drop it off and come back in 2 hours". I asked if he'd like my phone number in case he had any updates and he just told me: "come back in 2 hours" I come back 2 hours later on the dot and my rotors were in the same spot, I asked why and was just told: "my guy said he couldn't cut them because they were too thin" So it was now 12:30 and I was about to be without rotors or have the ability to go around looking for a serious place of business to get my rotors done, I then think of a spot on Elizabeth ave in Elizabeth, Reyes tire, I went straight there and was told that they could do it but were closing in an hour. I explained that I was in a bind because of Associated Auto Parts and the owner helped me out. I expected a bit more out of this place, didn't even get an apology"
