Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"This blue eyed woman was completely inconsiderate and incapable of doing her damn job, she had me pay for a Uber after a conversation that I had with her saying that there was a vehicle available for me to and when I arrived to the location the blue eyed Karen and a Asian Karen were so disgusting and inhuman to me and told me that I could not rent the vehicle that she previously told me that I would be able to rent. So I was forced to pay $80 in Ubers $49 to come and $30/40 to go back home"

"I wish I could give zero stars. I made a reservation and ensured the car was available, receiving email confirmation. However, they called me to say the car was unavailable and told me not to come. To make matters worse, the person who called hung up on me. not even trying to get a solution"
