"I can't find the place it's just a library"
"Car share is a good concept, but the service and actual work is terrible. We have been using zip car for several months. They charge you when you reserve the car, but by the time you want to pick up the car, they always have some "unforseen issue". Then, they will change your reservation to different location or different type of car (our this time, switch passenger vehicle to 5). And when you call customer service, they always tell you that they are car share service, not car rental, all they can do is refund. (So your plan is all ruin because of it) So my conclusion is: they wrap themselves up like a car rental (reservation, pre charge, etc) but works as a car share which the availability is uncertain and no gaurentee . I had enough... unsubscribe now ."
