"UNbelievable con artists. Shady dealership, sold me a lemon for $23,000, still did not send me my plates, still did not send me a title for the BMW. Refuse to fix under dealership warranty, transmission problems after 2 weeks, car in-drivable, NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS, they just tell you they are taking down your message if they even are. I spent $4500 on a warranty that never existed, now the attorney general consumer affairs is taking on the case and they are being sued by MANY different people. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - Period. I spent over $2000 in car rental fees Few hundred on insurance for a car that is UN-DRIVEABLE Changed miles on paperwork. Convertible top never worked. Constantly received tickets for the failed inspection because the car wouldn't pass. Absolute nightmare Hope you get to read this before the cars begin to get seized and auctioned Sammy."

"First time buyer! You can assume I got a bad deal. I did! Most of my paper work did not have their signatures. I had to call them about it and drive from Brooklyn to Union, NJ to get them signed. I had no idea what to look for as far as warranty. I was given a 60 warranty, which is a joke. Things started to go wrong about a little after 2 months. Beautiful car. I barely drove it and loved looking at it (BMW X6). The owner had the nerve to tell me he was only making about $4000 profit off of the car. I laughed at him and said you got this from an auction, there is no way you paid 25K for a 2010 X6. I liked the car, it was my first, so regardless of the price, I hoped the car was fine and would run for years since much older cars are driving around perfectly. I started spending over 1k each time I had to get the car checked out and repaired. I was gullible. Please try to take someone that has bought multiple cars and know what to look for on your documents, It's easy to get you. AND DEFINITELY DO NOT TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOU ARE PUTTING DOWN. No matter what the excuse for knowing it is. Get the offer and use what you are putting down to make it cheaper. I had to learn the hard way unfortunately. The Finance guys is VERY respectable, VERY, but knows how to get you. He may as well be a car salesman, because he's a good talker lol."

"This place should not even be your last resort in buying a car. It was mine, and honestly looking back I now would of rather walk or bike anywhere in a monsoon of rain or a blizzard then ever have purchased a car from here. I blame myself, I was desperate and they knew that and took advantage of that. My car broke down two hours after I took it off the lot, silly me right why not just bring it back then? Nope I was desperate. I kept digging myself into a hole. They took two days to finally pick the car up which was on the side of road. After picking it up they took two weeks to "fix the car" the problem? They gave me the car with absolute no oils or and fluids in it....I picked up the car and tried to drive down the street it again broke down. I know your thinking wow this girl is pretty dumb to keep this car but again desperate times call for desperate measures, I figured I just bought the car they have to fix it no? I brought it back and they changed more things in it claiming it was coils and spark plugs... I left again with no car... came back again two weeks later to pick the car up. Meanwhile during this time I had dealt with the absolute worst customer service you could ever think of. Gaby in the maintenance department was horrible she was mean and just a little miserable to deal with, I fought with her several times. The guy who sold me my car John was just a scam artist...promising me he would take car of everything and was never anywhere to be found. The owner Sammy is just as bad. All promises they gave me a "brand new engine" a mechanic I brought the car too later laughed at me saying sweetheart that's not a brand new engine! This crazy long story short my car broke down several other times after this.. the lemon I was sold was a joke and a valuable lesson I learned the hard way. This place is a joke if I could give anyone any advise please do yourself a favor don't be me. Don't ever be that desperate and resort to a place like this. My cousin also purchased a car from here needless to say she's in and out of the mechanic here every week. This place is a scam. It should not even be rated a star."

"Bought a used E60 BMW, one of the best ever made by BMW. Was told new tires were put on it after it was in the shop for five days after I bought it. Had a blow out one mile away from the dealership. White smoke was bellowing out of the car after it sat in park for a few hours on the NJ Turnpike. Had to go to court to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY HERE. TRUST THE REVIEWS."
