"Made a reservation from overseas for a longer trip on the east coast. Ordered a full size SUV and got an upgrade. One minor issue with the car was handled with perfect goodwill. Service, I.e. pickup and drop-off was swift and very friendly! Price on this station is also MUCH better than on the airport. We have been very happy - highly recommend this station!"

We rented the car for a family vacation and it happened to be my son's 18th birthday when we dropped the car off - they actually wished him a happy birthday and shook his hand! "Literally Booked online at 10am for a 12pm pick up. Had an amazing day planned for me and my family. Arrived at 12:08pm and couldn't access the entrance. Entered from the garage and was told they are closed. A young lady informed she would honor the reservation but her colleague, John, turn to mention something to her and then she informed me they had no cars. I asked if anything could be done since the reservation was booked online for 12pm and they informed they stop taking reservations at 11:30am and close exactly at 12pm. When informed there was no mention of this online John said that that's there hours and referred me to Hertz. There were more than 6 vehicles parked in the garage. Poor service.... when asked where was the Hertz near by John had no information and told me to look it up. Why even service the community if this is the customer you put out. Never Again!"

"Enterprise agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Checking in took just a few minutes, the car was clean and ready to go. I suggest buying the fueling option to make returning car easier (gallon price was less than market rate). Returning car was again quick and easy."
