"They put my license plate upside down they didn’t give me a bank to who I pay supposed to pay my registration the temporary one expired. I got a ticket for it and they didn’t call and say they had it because it didn’t come to the house so I don’t understand they just don’t want to do their job. Just want to sell you cars. They don’t care they gave me free car wash for a year but the ones you can go to washed my car and it was still dirty they made it more dirty smh"
"I went there to get a 26 point check. They said I needed Pads and to replace the disk. Also, they said I need the Inside cabin filter. And there was a lightbulb out in the rear. So they said there was nothing else wrong with my car. The total price came out to $1,700 and something. What a Rip off. I was told from another Nissan dealer that these small dealerships compete for who makes the most money. Never gave me an itemized list of what added up to 1700. I will never go there again. Beware! Not a happy customer…."

"Agreed on a price with the salesperson and gave them the deposit. Two hours later when signing the finance paperwork, they slip in $2,500 in fees. Unbelievably dishonest to do this after taking a deposit and agreeing to a price. Avoid at all costs, easily the worst experience I’ve ever had buying something."
"Absolutely horrible communication. Will not give you a real honest price. Online price is not the real price. You have to add on reconditioning fees, finance fees, buy an extended warranty, and then all the normal dealer fees. Nobody will give a straight answer.
