"I flew in from Chicago to New York to purchase a vehicle. All the communication via phone was great and the staff was great when I got there, but things took a dramatic turn for the worst when I drove my purchased vehicle off the lot. Getting out of New York traffic was not a problem as soon as I hit New Jersey and open the car up on the highway the car started shaking like something I've never felt before. I pulled over contacted the dealership again and I was informed that the car needed a alignment and a balance the tires. This should have brought to my attention before driving 800 miles back to Chicago. I attempted to get a alignment done on the road but was not able to. So I drove back to Chicago at 50 mph because anything above that would make the car shake like crazy. When I ride back in Chicago I took it to my mechanic he looked under the vehicle and noticed that the tie rod has been welded so they would not be able to do an alignment without replacing this part additionally the control arms were bent. I contacted the dealership and brought these things to their attention only to be told they would not cover this they would only cover $250 of this. New York law clearly states that every vehicle leaving a dealership's lot must be in safe driving and working condition. A welded tire rod and damage control arms definitely don't place this vehicle in working condition especially when the staff knew I was driving 800 miles back to Chicago. Sent photos of both the damaged and new control arms and tie rod to the staff only to be let down that they would not stand behind their sale. I've reached out and they have decided to stop communicating. Because of their lack of communication I've been left no other option but to file legal suit against them. It's unfortunate in today's society that people continue to do business in an unprofessional manner. I cannot recommend them to buy a car from because of this unprofessionalism."

"Sold me a used car with 99000 miles on it at full price probably more because I put $3,500 down on the car & it couldn't have went towards the car because the car cost $17,000 & I'm still paying $17k. They said it went to service the car and inspection but that can't be true cause the computer on the car says service due since 5/2020 I bought the car 1/1/21. I didn't read the contracts I signed because I was in a rush but I can't see the contracts because the never sent them to me. Inconlusion avoid buying a car here go to the actual car dealership & not these money hungry cartoon characters. Now I'm the one with the debt & they are comfortable with money in their pocket. Refuses to help me. Update The car needs a new abs system went across the street to shell service center & got help crazy that Select Auto Dealers Corp couldn’t get the car serviced before they sold it. Where did my $3,500 deposit go? Where are my copies of the contract?"
