"I bought a car from Das motors at Keyless Motors, their sister store. They were supposed to register it for me in PA, after one month, no plates arrived. We called Penn DOT who has no record of the transaction. I am stuck without a title and without the ability to legally register the car, no registration and that makes me out all my $. Multiple attempts were made to contact the dealer by email, phone, and in person. Store is closed due to "electrical problems" at Keyless and "construction" at DAS. Police are involved."

"Do not whatever you do do not go to these people and buy anything they don’t seem better word they never give me a straight answer and you don’t get your title to your car when you pay cash for to buy it. Yes it’s from June and it’s now now October and no one knows what’s going on and all they just do is give me the runaround, so do not go near this place. It’s probably not even a real dealer. Save yourself to worry and a hassle that I’m going through because I can’t even use the truck. I have the legal right now without the title, so I have to keep it hidden got a slight because it is idiot."

"Called inquiring about a 2018 Chevy Equinox that’s listed for sale on their site. They claim it’s available when in reality it’s not because it is sitting in my driveway. My boyfriend purchased the car Nov 13th from another dealer who is also scamming us. The person who answered the phone was provided this information, verified the vin #, hung up on us and blocked the number. So we called from another phone and immediately asked for a manager, was hung up on and that number was also blocked. It’s very clear this business is a SCAM and so was the other one that is now out of business!!!!"

"Horrible customer service, manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Very Racist place. He looked at me like I was a peasant and judge me as if I couldn’t afford any car there. I urge you to take your business elsewhere. The worse I’ve ever felt at a place of business."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. My parents went to purchase a used car last week and were promised a spare tire to be delivered to their home the next day. (By the way, they still owe the tailgate trim) Since the spare was not received the following day, they called Ryan to follow up and he said he would call back and then no response. On Friday my parents decided to go in person to pick up the spare tire and the manager made them wait one hour before sending a receptionist to inform them that there was no spare tire. Absolute disrespect that the manager didn't show face after making them wait an hour. A whole week has gone by without any acknowledgment from the dealership... and still no answers as of today. Not having a spare tire is a safety hazard, especially when one drives more than 100 miles a day. The negligence that my parents have experienced over this past week is inhumane. Next step, report them to NJ DCA."
