I worked with Jaimie, and he made the process very easy, allowed me and my dad to test drive the car, and went through all the information he had available about the car, drove off the lot the same day with a better rate I was getting from other dealerships."

"I was on the market for a new car however I didn’t feel compelled to buy a car nor was I in a rush. Upon arriving here I was greeted by Jose Nunez and I told Jose I wasn’t in a rush to buy something and I was just shopping around to see what I can afford in my price range and to see what the inventory was available. Jose assisted us showing us cars that pertained to what I was looking for. Jose was very warm and polite. He assisted us in the entire sales process, was patient and ensured we had everything we needed to leave with the car in the same day. The manager of the business was also welcoming and I didn’t sense any red flags that would question the integrity of the business establishment, in fact they were understanding of my budget and my expectations. I ended up purchasing a car from the establishment and had a positive experience. My first car I purchased from another establishment and had a horrible gruesome experience and it made me weary of car dealerships and not trusting them however again this experience was different, much better and overall exceeded my expectations. I’m glad I was able to purchase my second car here. In the future if I have to car shop again, I will definitely go back here or go to where Jose works. Integrity means a lot to me when buying a vehicle and I was extremely pleased with the end outcome."

"I had a very bad experience buying a used car with my mother from Hillside Honda (Used cars). The salesperson did not explain to me that the tracker they insalled in the car would cost me $1,300. Also he added an extended warranty for $3,000 dollars that I was unaware of. I sat with the manager and he said he would remove the warranty but a few days later I called the company and it is still not removed. My financed amount is now $4,670 more than what I initially planned on spending. I am still trying to get this warranty taken off, but they have stopped answering my phone calls. If this is not rectified I plan on contacting Honda's corporate offices, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau Service. I truely believe that because we were 2 women they felt that they could take advantage of us and the situation. I am extremely dissappointed with the service provided to me at Hillside Honda (used Cars) because I have never encountred anything like this before."
