"Overall the staff was accommodating. A short wait for a sales person. I thought was odd. But they had a lot of customers. Vlad and Saed were very nice. They didn’t mention that hybrid vehicles don’t have a spare tire. I should have known that though, and most hybrids don’t come with a spare tire. The financial department lost two stars. Three hours to make time and give them the money to buy a car. The understanding of the cashier and knowing how to do her job was refreshing. The business was busy and they did make many efforts to make sure I was comfortable."
