"never rent a car from here ever. they are a huge scam. will have you pay for things they never tell you about. they will never give you your deposit back. you will end up being charged double than most other rental places. if you think this place will save you money….it will not. calling them won’t help either…not willing to help and just said to call the bank. do yourself a favor and never rent a car from here or thru expedia. wish i could give it negative stars"

"I being a 19 year old driver used this service for 8 days knowing that I’m an underage driver I looked at the fee when I book the car and it was 412 with a 150 deposit charge. I never gave them permission to use my deposit for the payment. They proceeded to charge me 600 with change and also take my deposit for the main charge. The charged my card 150 187 and 206. The 150 is supposed to come back as it is a deposit and should not be used unless there are damages to the vehicle which there was non. I do not recommend and will never us this service again."

"They are definitely cheaper than the major dealers who are part of the airport. They are extremely eager to please! The car we rented was a 2021 because they don’t have a super amount of cars to choose from. They really try to move you out pretty quickly and smoothly. The only downside is that because they are offsite, we had to take a shuttle then take the airtran, then wait for a third shuttle bus. So if time is of concern, this is an impediment. We arrived at 9:10 and had the whole day to go to appts and do errands, but it took over an hour to get to the car place, then wait a bit to get our car. So, even tho they are so nice and accommodating, you pay in time. The car was pretty clean and they don’t allow smoking and they have an inborn EX pass, which is convenient. It all comes down to the time factor."

"I rented a mini van at Orlando Airport and I'm very satisfied. The van was great fully loaded and very clean. I did not have to wait for the shuttle to or from the airport. The staff was friendly. Even though I was rude they still responded professionally. I got a very good deal and they did not charged any extra fees."

"I will never rent from this company again. I put a $150 deposit down on the car that was supposed to be refunded. It was never refunded. I sent multiple messages to the company and the messages were ignored. No one is available by chat. I was sent an email asking for feedback and when I clicked on the link, it said the link had expired. They know they are terrible and they don’t want customer feedback. On top of all this,I had to wait an hour to actually pick up the car only to be met by a rude person at the front desk. As I said, I will never give this company another dollar of my money and leave a negative review anywhere I can. **Best part: minutes after I posted this they charged an additional $103 dollars to my credit card. How criminal. I returned the car 10 days ago."
