"From the moment I picked up my R1S until the final walk-through before driving off, my guide and advisor were professional and attentive to all of my questions. It was a positive experience leaving with my new Rivian. A month later, I had an issue with my charge port door not closing properly. They quickly booked me in for service, and the advisor was friendly and explained the process to me. They initially quoted me a few days for the repair, but surprisingly, it was completed in less than 24 hours. I was back on the road in no time. Dealing with Rivian and their employees was a breath of fresh air compared to traditional dealership service centers. Everyone, from the advisors to the technicians, was incredibly nice. It was a stark contrast to the rude and unhelpful service often experienced at other dealerships."

Now is 1.5 week in service and Adam (service adviser) not once calling back when he promised or even his Menager care to call back. Terrible quality product but customer service is even worst"
