"Love my brand new 2020 BMW thank you so much, I’d love it even more if I didn’t feel like I had to beg them to give me my plates. Mike & the manager are great for getting you the car but sheesh after that the service sucks lowkey & you feel like you’re bothering them Getting the car was smooth but I didn’t receive my plates till 2-3 days after my temporary plate expired when I made it clearly known that I will need them to ship it on time, I’ve seen the other reviews about them not shipping plates on time & unfortunately it’s true. Getting the car is great & all but the service after receiving your car is terrible & they give you the run around constantly, it’s always manager this manager that it’s never just a straight answer."
