"My girlfriend had rented a car from you guys, which was great. We were very happy with the service, but I had left my EZ pass in the rental and forgot about it. Well I was not contacted about the lost item and now a month later I am getting toll charges for an over size truck. I am not sure if another rental car had received the ez pass but we did not rent a truck. I am just glad that it was an ez pass and not a credit card because you could only imagine the damage. But I figured to post this because this apparently a family business which is located in decent neighborhood. I would have expected a call about the item after we dropped the rental off. Just not a free for all for my stuff!!"
