"Everything was smooth and fast. The car they provided was basically new and great on gas. They also have a transportation van pick us up at the airport, took us to the car rental. Than drop us back to the airport. Overall I have no complaints."
"People that own the Penske location in Newark where I picked up the car are very nice people and i had no problem with them but priceless rental car did not make me aware of a number of issues such as the fact that the car they provided had over 120,000 miles on it The lights on the inside did not work. The first car they gave me had a check engine light on, that also had over 120k miles which I had to bring back. It was not checked out before provided to me. Also I was told only when picking the car up that there was a limit on mileage not unlimited. We used priceless last year with no problem. So disappointed and feel without too much effort they can bring things back to acceptable"
