I really hadn't planned on leasing a new car but when I spoke with him everything that he told me he would do he has done for me and it means so much as I am a senior citizen. He has amazing patience and has really made me a happy customer likely to renew lease after lease . I originally leased with Koeppel they mentioned that it was a family and that's the feeling I got today more so than ever before in dealing with the dealership. That's not to say that the service has been bad but it has been a little too frequent with little minor mishaps and modules so just staying with the company is really due to the incredibly great service and kindness of Ali."

"I know my review might not help but I still need to give this place an honest review. I had a minor accident and needed to repair my front bumper. I went to this servicing department for body work on my car but they did not do body work at the center. The manager and staff recommended a repair shop called Brothers Repair Shop. When I went there they hijacked my car and charged a huge amount of money for a minor job. When I spoke to the manager she told me that her family members and her fix their cars here. Long story short, don’t go to brother’s repair shop it is not worth your time. I don’t have a problem with the company but mostly the staff here. The manager called me and told me that if I give 5 stars to the brothers repair shop they will paint it back to normal even though I have a handwritten note from the manager saying I have a 12 month warranty on the paint job. So I suggest people that don’t take the staff’s recommendations. I trusted the center because they should give there costumers honest feedback but they didn’t. I can’t write a comment to you but we did not get into another accident, our paint started to peel from them doing a bad paint job. The picture shows I didn’t get into an accident. This happened within 2 weeks after the repair. The 2nd photo to the 4th photo shows we were in a minor accident. The repair shop took out completely brand new parts for extra money. During the accident we drove the car for 1-2 weeks before the repair and there was no problem. The photos shows that my car was only impacted in the front. They also made a scratch in the back of the car so we can pay more for the paint job. Please listen to my side of the story before accusing me of false information."
