"I am very disappointed with the management at Koeppel Nissan. I purchased a new 2019 370Z Nismo and have used their recommended mechanic for four years. Recently, after an oil change, my car came back with paint damage. The mechanic informed me about the damage, but no compensation was offered. This experience has severely impacted my trust in their service. Consequently, I am considering selling my 370Z Nismo and switching to a different brand. I request that Koeppel Nissan review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the damage. Will update if there will be any change but I doubt it since they have been very quiet since the incident."
