"Renting from this National location was an above average experience. The shuttle driver was friendly, gave very clear directions on returning the car, and even handed out cards with the address of where to return. The location has an Emerald Aisle, so we were able to select a car. They had a range of options, including hybrids and plug-in hybrids. The Jeep that we chose was very clean and in excellent condition. During the first evening of our rental I got an email from the Station Manager with helpful information on tolls roadside assistance, etc. Every member of the management team was copied on the email and it said to reply all at any time 24/7 to reach a manager. I've rented many many cars over the years and have never had a station manager proactively offer the email addresses of their entire management team. Returning the car was as easy as selecting it had been. We just drove up and left the keys in the car. I was emailed my receipt within the hour. I definitely plan to use this National location again the next time I fly into LGA and need a rental car."

The manager Charlene and Emerald club specialist Alisa were so helpful and nice! They were able to accommodate our needs and get us a great car all in less than 5 minutes. "Good Experience! The car was clean and pick up and drop off was easy ! I have had a lot of bad rental experiences and this was my last time renting with National /Enterprise . Even the drivers to and from the airport were pleasant and helpful ! This was such a positive experience and I truly appreciate it ! "Rented from this location for a weekend trip to NYC a couple weekends back. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, vehicle was clean (and new) and it was a perfect experience. A little background- my flight was delayed, and we got in past the 12am closing time. Thankfully, the staff remained after hours (per their rules on their site, they will stay up to 2 hours after closing to account for flight delays - absolutely amazing). Anyhow, the staff member who was there was extremely amiable and helpful. He answered all my questions very thoroughly and walked around the lot with me to check out a few different vehicle options. Even after picking my vehicle and driving out, the staff at the checkout lane was very friendly, also answered a few additional questions I had, was patient and kind. Return was also a breeze- no issues. All the staff members I encountered at this rental location during my trip were professional, helpful, and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely would rent from here again if I am back in the area and in need of a vehicle."

"Rented a minivan for a visit to the Catskills and was so impressed! The car wasn’t in the area with the other cars so someone went and retrieved it right away without trying to make me choose something else. From shuttle driver to booth clerk everyone was so helpful and pleasant. My experience here was way better than any other rental car place. Will be back for sure."
