Hertz Car Rental Queens, NY 11371

"Back on December 15th I rented a red kia ev6 from Hertz LGA in NY with a 100% full charge and headed to PA on route 80 west the vehicle while traveling on the highway the vehicle shut down still having at least 75% charge thank God the traffic was lite and I was able to coast to the service road turned it off and the car reset itself. The next day I recharged the vehicle and headed back to NYC back on route 80 east and the car once again shut down and my wife and I were almost killed because we were in the fast lane and there was a tractor trailer behind us and thank God he was able to switch lanes to avoid hitting us once again was able to coast to the service road, called roadside assistance and they told me to call 911 for assistance .... DON'T RENT THE KIA EV6 MY SON GOOGLED IT AND THIS VEHICLE HAS THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO FIX IT...."

"The service at Heartz on La guardia airport was excellent. Fast and easy. My SUV was ready for pickup it was clean on the inside the smell was normal (not cigarette smell at all) The gentleman on the services counter was very attentive and he explained everything (tolls,cost...) The shuttle services in the afternoon that I arrive was fast I didn't wait long time for it. The driver was courteous and friendly."

Unlike LGA Avis shuttle drivers who drive 90 mph over bumps *after* having you wait for almost 40+ minutes. This location is very clean and organized also. They have a massive fleet and helpful lot personnel also."

"Upon arrival, you'll notice a significant line, unlike other car rental locations. This lengthy queue is attributed to the limited staffing; with only two employees, one specifically catering to Gold members. Consequently, the remaining staff member handles the bulk of the customers, resulting in a staggering two-hour wait. Enhancing organization and deploying an additional staff member at the front desk could significantly expedite the process. A two-hour wait time is deemed unacceptable for a corporation of this stature."
