"I had very disappointing and suspicious experience with this dealership and I am going to report their business. Month ago I bought a car from person JL Grullon. He posed a car on Marketplace. Ford fiesta 2013. Car looked surprisingly good. This person said that he work for JMC Dealer, and the owner of car was exactly this dealership. I didn’t think much about it, I thought since this is dealership, that’s even better. Unfortunately this person and this dealership doing some suspicious jobs. First off all on the selling papers he put not exact price I bought car for, but lower one to change taxes, I should have stop myself from buying this time. After 3 weeks car start driving weird and has problem with shifting - it’s came out there is major problem with transmission in this car, replacement cost same money car is worth. I was trying to contact person who sold me car as soon as it happened to return this broken car. He didn’t pick phone. I purchased car December 14, February 12 I called him first time - no feedback. This man barely speak English, so my friend who was with me and talk to them left him message and voicemail in Spanish, with explanation what he is calling about - no feedback. I decided to few days after contact Dealership- THEY DON’T EVEN KNEW ABOUT THIS CAR! I BOUGHT CAR FEOM THEM, THEY WERE ON TITILE AND THEY WERE TRYING TO GASLIGHT ME THAT CAR IS NOT THEIR! After that call, the guy who sold me back was contacting me, lies that I didn’t call him before and it’s over 30 days do he would not take return, he was trying to lie that I bought car from him, that he is not working for this dealership etc. So suspicious! Stay away from this place. If you have similar experience with them, let me know, that will help sue this business."
