My salesperson, Aika, is fantastic—she always responds quickly to emails and phone calls. I also bring my car here for service, and the team is super friendly. Just last week, I stopped by to ask about a paint issue on my car, and Ken Jr. provided some really helpful information to solve it. He even offered to assist if I brought the car back on a weekday, as I had come by on a Saturday afternoon. If you’ve ever had to deal with a dealership over email or phone to lease or buy a car, you’ll understand how important it is to work with someone reliable. "I have been a loyal customer of Gensinger V. since 1989. Why? Simple...you can't find service that good anywhere. In every department. Friendly, accommodating, fast service. Ken the manager is extremely helpful when you need him. Frank in sales has been my guy for the last 15 years and always comes thru. The best!! Aika in sales is also very helpful. The minute you walk in you are treated like a valued customer, like family. Can't say enough. Thanks guys"

"My car battery died over the weekend and I took my car into this dealership Monday morning after scheduling a time to come in over the phone. I had let Wendy know that there were error messages that came up when my car wouldn’t start. I had an engine light and airbag light display when prior to my battery issue, no lights were showing. They replaced my battery and when I went to leave 1.5hrs later my car still showed a check engine light and airbag light. I had paid $450 for the battery replacement. I went back into the shop and discussed my dissatisfaction with these lights still being on after my battery was changed and the computer system was updated. They said they would try to turn off the airbag light but in order to diagnose the engine light I would have to pay an additional $170+ in fees. At this point I had paid $490+ in my service for my battery and air filter replacement and I told Wendy that I didn’t feel it was right to charge for a check engine light diagnosis since this light came on when I had the battery issue. She got her GM, Ken, involved and he was as passive aggressive and rude. He spoke over me and said things like “do you want work for free”and “you’re welcome” when I said I’m not happy that my initial concerns (battery+ indicator lights) weren’t fully addressed. At this point I had been in the dealership 2hrs and he had said “you’re lucky we got you in today, we have other customers that scheduled to be here”. I called, made an appointment for today, I paid the fee when I was told my car was completed and I was treated like an inconvenience and a cheap, demanding customer. I have NEVER been treated that disrespectful in a car dealership. I spoke to the salesman about purchasing a new VW and after this experience I will NOT be giving them any business of a new car purchase let alone a tiny part for service. Ken has anger issues and does not treat women respectfully. The manager, Wendy seemed disappointed in the way he handled the situation. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy working under Ken’s leadership and attitude. Ultimately, when I went to leave my check engine light wasn’t on. I’m very happy I didn’t listen to them to pay the engine diagnostic fee because it would’ve been a waste of money and a scam. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! & BUYER BEWARE FOR NEW/USED CAR SALES !!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable sales, no crazy markups, and family friendly staff. We had been undecided and discouraged during our 3month search r/t numerous recent recalls (Toyota, Kia, Acura) and discouraged by rude salesmen elsewhere. It was refreshing how knowledgable our sales person, Aika, was throughout the entire process. We are in our 40s and have bought multiple cars in the past. You will not find loud music, bouncy houses, or fancy coffee machines here but that’s ok by us because we got what we came for, our new family car, VW Atlas R-line."
