"I’ve leased 3 cars from this dealer over the past few years. After carefully reviewing my paper work for my current lease; I was told maintenance would be free for a year for my rogue. Turns out, It’s not free. I found a paper with my signature on it stating I agreed to purchasing a maintenance package for the amount of $1,200.00. I would beware of the electrical pad they use to obtain customer signatures. Ask questions, make sure you understand everything you’re getting into and make sure to review all documents before leaving. If a set number is offered, in most cases the finance manager will try to hike up the price and say it’s the bank and then say they’ll offer free maintenance. Unfortunately, I made this mistake. I will not be a returning customer. However, I don’t blame the dealer at this point. I blame myself for turning a blind eye. And no I don’t wish to be contacted to discuss anything. It’s a done deal and I will move forward. Lesson learned."
"Thank you to Osiris for his patient and diligent support during the buying process. He was kind, polite, and responsive to text. He made me feel safe about the purchase and led me through the process step by step. The only thing I would suggest is to not go on Saturday. It was way busier, and I received better attention when I attended on a week day. I also had to go to the dealership multiple times to complete the process in its entirety. I wish that it would have been able to be completed after one or two visits. Ultimately, though, I recommend going Bronx Nissan to purchase your next vehicle. Please ask for Osiris when you do."
"When I initially went in I just had a car repossession in January ‘24. Been renting and begging since then. This month (July ‘24), Sales Advisor MASON ATTMORE listened to my story and learned who I was; and, life circumstances which led me to unfortunate circumstances leading to my current final predicament. We rescheduled for July 5th of the same week. Unfortunately, he wasn’t available on the 5th due to personal commitments but upon reaching out to Mr. Attmore, he apologized but assured me that one of his teammates will look out for me. I was then greeted by Sales Advisor OSIRIS VALDEZ who did everything who could do but things didn’t work out as everyone had hoped While walking home I received a phone call from Mr. Valdez: “My Manager and I had a discussion. We might have it for you. Don’t touch your credit. I’ll call you right back”. Mr, Valdez called me right back: “Come pick up your car”. Next day, July 6th, 2024, I reviewed my contract with Finance Manager ALBERTO SALCEDO (honestly, can’t even get into it but “Godsend” - all three Men were). I do need to say this, as brief as it is: Thank You for being a Person that saw a me as a Human Being down-on-his-luck, rather than being an Employer who saw me as weak commission. I can keep going but to keep it shorter: I been to many dealerships - they’re NOT Nissan of the Bronx. Last thing: I to shout out your Angel “ANNISA from Nissan of the Bronx”! Her due diligence in encouraging me to come in, and here care that I will be serviced, is what got me through the doors in the first place.
