"The good: the drivers are very good. Now for the bad: The trucks are dirty, the dispatcher is unprofessional and kept hanging up the phone when I was calling to get an update on the arrival (my mother was running out of oxygen) They need to get the act together and remember they’re transporting sick patients in need of their services. Otherwise, let other services do the job! I’ve attached a pic of one of the boxes (there were 2) moving around as we were driven to our destination!"
