"This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST Jaguar service in the area. Convience: from the moment you drive in, you’re greeted with your last name “Mr .X”. You step out of your vehicle into a well lit, clean area, protected from the elements. The wait time was very short. On several occasions they offered coffee, tea and a light snack. Everyone was well dressed, clean and most of all, respectful. Maintenance: They addressed every one of my concerns while attempting to save me money. The work done was timely and performed well. Unlike other Jaguar services in the area, I didn’t leave finding problems that THEY created. They even hand washed my vehicle and did a nice inside wipe down. I traveled over an hour to this location and will do it EVERY time my vehicle needs service. I highly highly recommend Paramus Jaguar. Lastly… Phil was the gentleman that specifically took care of me. He was AMAZING!!!! Give that man a raise! He single handedly made the experience wonderful. "no one wants to answer the phone. No one wants to call the customers back. Once you make it there for service, they just want to charge you over and over again. No one is really in charge. Two weeks that I have been calling to get the automated system driving me around like a chicken with no head. Finally, I found a way to trick the system to get through a live person. She placed me on hold for 1/2 hour and never returned so I hung up. Called back again with no answer."
