"Came in with my wife just wanting to test drive a few vehicles and ended up driving away with one. We were shopping around for our daughter who is in nursing school. Nick, our salesperson was terrific, not your typical salesperson that's overwhelming and pushy. He was patient and friendly enough to let us test drive 3 vehicles. "At first it could be quite intimidating and daunting to purchase and choose a car to have,called the dealership and was greeted by a pleasant Yazmeen, phone consultant was then handed upon entry was greeted by Mr.Dalen Ramos a personable sales consultant who made strides to both compare and make choosing the right car for me an ease to navigate and narrow down for a decision. My follow up visit was also followed through with text for any questions I may have about the features which made it an asset for a friendlier tone. The follow up was then handed to Mr. Ronnie Manuel,(sales/ finance manager) who assured me better competitive APR rates than that offered by my local credit union and he was right ,Valley National Bank indeed had better APR rates. the trifecta team made the car buying experience an unbeatable deal with friendlier tones a sure sale . This is the second time I have Honda as a car brand and sure to come back to this dealership with hopes of dealing with the same consultants as a team. "I just want to say, THANK YOU NICK REDONDO, my lease was coming to an end in August, last Friday (7/13/24) my wife and I went back to Nick to see what our options were. We had advised him that we wanted an SUV that was around our asking price, thankfully Nick truly heard us and made that happen! We are more than happy with our new vehicle. This is our second time coming to Nick and will always get back to him! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. "If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in around 8:30 a.m. because the air conditioning was blowing hot air, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Despite being told they would update me on the status of my car, I never received any communication from them throughout the day. I had to take the initiative to call and find out what was happening with my vehicle. Their website clearly stated that they closed at 6 p.m., however, when I called for an update around 3p.m., they informed me that they were closing at 4 p.m. This was a significant inconvenience, as they should have called me beforehand. They did agree to stay an extra 20 minutes so I could pick up my car, which I appreciated. When I arrived to get my keys, the customer service was shockingly poor. The workers stared at me with unfriendly expressions, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The girl who handed me my keys was particularly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and the overall lack of communication and professionalism from the staff left a very negative impression. I would strongly advise against taking your car to this establishment. The poor customer service, lack of communication, and misleading information about their hours of operation made this a very unpleasant experience."
