"Took an hour to pick the car up even though there was only one person in front of us and two employees working. Then took almost an hour to drop the car off as well again with only one other customer in line. Simply unacceptable. To top it off the extra fuel I brought the car back with (was rented out 2/3 full) never got reimbursed (apparently per policy) PLUS and here's the kicker when I asked about EZ Pass I was just told it's right there in the car. Turns out it's right there and "Thrifty" will charge you a $15 "administrative fee" EACH TIME you go through a toll booth. So down the Garden State to AC and back just cost you 120 extra bucks on top of the toll. All in the fine print of course. Insane unethical business-practices, shame on the whole company. Will never be renting from Thrifty (or Budget or Hertz) ever again. Hope losing a potential client for life who rents dozens of times a year was worth the one-time rip off. Avoid at all costs!"
