"Where to start. I brought my 2021 Jetta into the Elmsford service center for an Engine Check Light, a Tire Pressure Light and my Air Conditioning/Heat stopped working (a bit much for a new leased car in my opinion) where they proceeded to keep my car for over 3 weeks and provide no updates. After consistently calling customer service I got my case escalated to a Region Manager to get me updates. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and I just cant wait to get rid of this car. I plan on posting across all social media platforms just how horrible Volkswagen Customer service is and how little they actually care about customers! I GIVE 0 STARS NOT 1 STAR.!"
"My disappointment and frustration with the service at Tasca White Plains Volkswagen Service Center. I received during my recent diagnostic appointment. As a young lady with limited knowledge about cars, I visited establishment to have a diagnostic performed on the check engine light of my vehicle. I was hoping to build a good rapport with the team, as I often encounter difficulties with my car and rely on professional assistance to address them. During the appointment, I mentioned a possible issue with my gas pumping and was informed that two separate diagnostics would be necessary, leading to two charges. However, upon receiving the diagnostic report, I discovered that both issues were identified as the same issue. This left me feeling misled and taken advantage of, as I would not have agreed to pay for two diagnostics if I had known they were essentially addressing the same problem. I was disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Despite dropping off my car at 7:45 AM, I had to make three follow-up calls to request updates, only to be told that someone would return my call. Eventually, I received a text message in all caps informing me that my parts amounts were not available and that it would be a significant amount. Upon reaching out to customer care for assistance, I was directed back to the service center, where my husband was met with rudeness and hostility when inquiring about the delays. Despite being informed that the diagnostic process would be completed in a timely manner, I was shocked to learn that my car could not be serviced for another two weeks, with no alternative arrangements for a loaner vehicle being offered. Now im hearing air when ready to re fuel my tank and feel like now my brand new brakes are making sounds that they claimed are good. Do not go here without one set issue that is not realated. They will ask if the second issue happen before or after your first issue to determine how many times you will get charge the diagnostic fee."
