"This review is for the Service dept, specifically for Jill. We purchased a vehicle back in June from MB (Union) and had a camera issue. Not ideal for a new car, but I understand that things happen. Anyway, I scheduled a service call and was given helpful text reminders and emails. Jill was the team member that assisted me and she was extremely accommodating. I had surgery two days prior and she was very empathetic and even ordered me an Uber XL to help me be more comfortable in the ride back. Aside from this, Jill maintained consistent communication and kept me up-to-speed with what exactly was being done. This was nice as I wasn’t left in the dark wondering when I would get my vehicle back. This seems a simple ask, but so many people don’t do this. I appreciate you Jill and thank you for your help during this service. The one area of feedback I would give the dealership (this is no fault of Jill’s). More loaners should be available without such a long wait of multiple weeks/almost a month."

She is very professional, very pleasant to talk to and efficiently gets things done. I brought in my car for two items under warranty to be checked. Dawn quickly processed my request and arranged for a loaner. After having leased cars for almost two decades I am considering buying and Dawn was extremely helpful in advising me on suitable prepaid service maintenance contracts. I highly recommend Dawn!"
"Amazing service at the Union location. Mo was my service advisor and he was great. When a part I was waiting on turned out to be on national back order, Mo was super helpful with tracking down a used part nearby. He was very considerate with managing costs and making sure the service didn’t conflict too heavily with my schedule. Super consistent with communication and an overall pleasant guy to work with!
