"The reason I purchased my Tacoma from LUV Toyota in Lakewood and have service and repairs done both on my Tacoma and Ford Mustang had been because of their exceptional customer care. However, the new management in the service department does not value their customers. LUV Toyota is marketed as a "different" type of dealership, yet the service department no longer exemplifies a place that cares about vehicles or owners. My trip there on Friday, August 2nd was disappointing when a service manager was berating a mechanic from the service desk door into the shop. She was screaming that he would have had more work done if he hadn't "worked all day on the Mustang", while purposefully making eye contact with me through the open garage door while I was picking up the car in question, after having had it inspected. It was completely unprofessional and out of line. I have had a new shifter, rebuilt transmission, and new drive shaft installed on the Mustang at LUV Toyota last year. I have my yearly oil change and inspection done on the Mustang there, as well. I have also replaced door seals, scratched air vents, purchased tires, and had oil changes for the Tacoma. I'm not one to quibble on paying for what needs replaced or repaired on my vehicles. Gone are the days of the friendliness, competence, and professionalism in the service department of LUV Toyota. What a shame."

They made an appointment on the same day, arrived (drove 300 miles), they said the car was sold to a regular buyer, he made a deposit. No one offered me to make a deposit.
