"Called them for a sliding door issue , which there was a recall for this issue and part was under recall, when I spoke to person setting appointment she said there would be no charge to see what the issue was, and part was covered until 2030 for recall. Took van there only to be told that if it wasn't that part it would be $600 to $800 to diagnose the issue. Are you kidding me? Three to four hours labor they were going to charge me, just to tell me what the problem was. They are a complete rip off ! If it takes that long to look at a door issue, they need to hire better mechanics. They have a scan tool that can diagnose in minutes. Update: Manager called me and we are now working together to resolve problem, both he and the mechanic were very helpful in doing a temporary fix until part comes in. Satisfied with the service I received on my return visit."
