"As someone else mentioned they flip out if you’re even one day late and say there’s no grace period but their own contract says it’s not considered late until 10 days after your agreed date. Shame on them for lying. I travel a lot and usually just send my stuff through PayPal but it randomly but a temporary hold on my account so now they’re saying it doesn’t matter if I still pay they want to repossess??? These ppl run a comedy club."

"This place is a joke they said that they were going to give our 2010 Hyundai sonata to the auction because they wouldn't fix it but yet I have seen it driven by a lady around Watertown multiple times in the lady came to to my job to have new tires and I asked her how the car was running and she said that she loves the car and Tim is rude and disrespectful. Plus they DONT fix the vehicle's that they get in on shipment plus one of my coworkers got a 2015 or 2016 Jeep Patriot from time buyer and he said that they wouldn't fix his Jeep"

"Wish I could add no stars because this business is THAT bad. I’m on my 2nd car from the Plattsburgh time buyer. They closed and sold my account to the Watertown branch. I called and communicated that my money order was coming in the mail and may arrive a few days after my payment date (my payment was on a Saturday) when a few days had passed and still hadn’t received it the rudest nastiest most disgusting individual who works there, the collections manager, Tim, called several times and harassed me about the payment not being received on the payment date. He called my co-signer threatening him as well. They KNEW my payment was in the mail being sent and continued to harass me and my co-signer. They said there even was a note in my account that I called and spoke to them that it was indeed in the mail and on its way. Was my co-signer supposed to go bring them some money for a payment that was ALREADY in transit to them? My Plattsburgh time buyer has NEVER treated me in such a way. I’ve always communicated with them, NEVER have missed a payment in all the years I’ve been with them. With the switch to the Watertown branch it threw me off with money orders, as I didn’t have to do that locally when my branch was open. So the payment was sent out a bit too close to the date it’s usually due. There is ZERO understanding. ZERO professionalism. Tim is absolutely awful and needs to find a new job where maybe he doesn’t deal with the public. Very terrible associate. -10/10"

"Bought a car from them over a year ago. Had a great monthly payment bought a 2012 car with 69k car is up2_115k no issue whatsoever had small issue at the time I bought it (paint work )they took care of it. They are their own institution the staff was always nice.. moved out of state they work with me to get things done.. drove approx 2000 miles across state and the car still my daily car and it’s great no lights. Would def do business again. Never rush me to pick a car I even change car on the date to sign the papers and change down payment from $4000 to $3200. Very understanding of the information what they ask since they are their own finance bank"
