"We arrived in time to order breakfast. We ordered at the kiosk. Then we were approached to change our order because more then half the menu was unavailable. Hot cakes, Mcgriddle, anything with cheese. Our hash browns and one egg sandwich was undercooked. I received a cold coffee instead of hot. The women's bathroom had one stall that was out of toilet paper. Apparently it has been like that days. Another woman said that she told the staff. But it was not taken care of. No napkins anywhere. As we sat there we watched 15-20 people walk out without ordering. Including families. We actually heard the staff tell people to go across the street to Wendy's. This was not the experience we were looking for."

"Had to wait over 30 minutes for a fish sandwich. Got my sandwich and it was rock hard. Asked for a new one and they gave me the same thing. The managers are absolutely horrible. As I sit there eating my hockey puck at least 6 other people came in with similar issues. Tom Clark needs to fire them all. Lazy lazy lazy"

"The workers on Mohawk Street, and South Genesee.. are the rudest and sloppiest ppl ever .. these kids are not able to manage let alone conduct ticket times appropriately.. I know food paper and labor costs most effect to success .. I got napkins that I'm still using in my car I was their 2 weeks ago... I saw a man smoking something behind counter while waiting in drive Thru for 12 min . .horrible and the owners need management in place if for nothing else accountability.."
