"The food is always excellent. A very authentic pizzeria to represent central NY dishes. The prices are reasonable and there is a large menu for pizza, appetizer items, subs, and entrees. My only complaint is the small dining space and the grease in the air. Their ventilation system desperately needs updating as everytime I go there the air feels so heavy and hard to breathe in (I'm young and healthy and don't smoke). I think they have been under new management for the last few years as well because their customer service (especially over the phone before there were food delivery apps) was always atrocious and rude. But recently they have been awesome."

"Thank you to Nicki & the guys at Franco’s for helping me out! Due to a misunderstanding over the phone, I failed to place an advanced order for a party sized antipasto. I explained the situation to Nicki and they offered to go ahead and make it for me on the spot. I didn’t mind hanging out at all, and they whipped it up in no time. This is why I will always choose locally owned businesses! They treat you like a neighbor. Thank you guys for helping me out!"

"Francis is a hopping deli and Italian restaurant. Customers were lined up when we arrived, but all of us were waited on promptly at lightning speed. Food came out very quickly for our group of four. It was all extremely delicious and portions were very generous. We each are and got drinks for under $15 each which was amazing! I recommend that you definitely try out Franco's if you are in the Utica area. It is not a fancy place , it is more of a typical pizzaria atmosphere, but it is great if you are on the go. The parking lot is small but across the street is a giant lot so can easily overflow with parking there. That's what we did and you just had to walk a few feet. Kudos to everyone at Franco's!"

"Stopped in here on our road trip from Chicago to New Hampshire. Being from Chicago we KNOW good Italian food. This is GOOD Italian food. Its definitely a mom and pop place and by the photos on the wall you can tell it has a story behind it. Now that we are home I have told everyone about this place. The fries and the ham and cheese calzones are AMAZING. Probably not good for diet but well worth it. If you are looking for a good meal while passing through this is the place to go."
