"Do not trust them to pay off your trade. Still waiting 3 weeks later for the payment they mailed to an address not listed on my banks payoff instructions to post. Forcing me to make another payment on my car that they already have listed for sale on their lot so my credit is not hit. They blame their payment company for forgetting to mail out my payoff. Also, be prepared to be yelled at when you call to inquire about your payoff not being paid."
