"Great experience, good truck (15 foot). Very helpful staff. I wish they had a trailer that was a little bit lighter because I was towing a small car (I needed the full trailer, not the tow-dolly), so it was unneccesary extra weight which made the attachment/detachment more difficult and cost me more fuel. But no complaints from me and overall I was very happy with Uhaul!"

"Very, very poor experience. Unit was infested with rats, with rat dropping everywhere. HORRIBLE manager, Jose need demotion or training, on customer service or road safety. Reservation was cancelled without even letting me know though I was only 40 mins behind, truck missing gas cap and if I didn't point it out that's how they would let me leave the lot, major safety concern, no one walked around the vehicle with me, no instruction on basic operation, where documentation for vehicle was along with the fact that I was informed that if I didn't return the vehicle before the 24 hrs. I am paying for I would be responsible for $250 in charges. I worked and managed rental facilities and vehicle location in the past and based off interaction with manager Jose he is clueless to customer service and safety requirements. Def never using this service again. Enterprise truck rental all the way."

"Worst U-Haul in the area. They do not even deserve a single star! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! My experience: I booked 9’ cargo van with them for moving my apartment. I get there at pick up time and they inform me that they don’t have the van available. For 10 minutes they just kept looking at my face and didn’t do anything. Then they say that there is a 10’ van available in the Vestal UHaul and they transfer my reservation to them. Mind you this location is about 5-6 miles away from the Downtown Binghamton branch. I reach the Vestal location and they inform me that they in fact do not have anything available and the Downtown Binghamton branch should not have sent me over here. All they offer me is a $50 guarantee which feels like a slap in the face after such an ordeal. Long story short… if the luck is on your side UHaul might work out for you but if there is any problem, this particular branch would definitely not help and only make matters WORSE."
