"We have owned our vehicle for several years and have meticulously maintained it beyond the warranty requirements. While I hold no grievance against Mopar, I am deeply disappointed with the service department at Bob Johnson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) in Watertown, NY. Their performance has been utterly unacceptable, reflecting either a severe lack of competence or a blatant disregard for customer service. I have encountered dishonesty both in person and over the phone, which has led me to question their trustworthiness with any vehicle service. At best, you may see your car returned after several months; at worst, they might delay warranty work to the point where Mopar ultimately denies coverage. We experienced a three-week wait just to secure a service appointment for diagnostics. After another week and a half, we were informed that Mopar needed additional pictures. Bob Johnson CDJR’s service department then took an excruciating six weeks to send those images, followed by an additional four weeks for further pictures, ultimately resulting in Mopar denying the warranty claim. Frustrated by the ordeal, we opted to sell the vehicle through another dealership. When I went to retrieve my car to use it as a trade-in, it was still disassembled. Despite repeated assurances that it would be ready in a few days, and after pressing the Head Service Manager for a specific date, I was promised it would be ready by the end of the week. We confirmed for Friday of that week, but when that day arrived and I called to arrange pickup, the car was still not assembled. I had to insist on taking my car back, and it was only then that they hastily reassembled it enough for me to drive away. To my profound disappointment, the vehicle was emitting heavy smoke—an issue that was not present when we originally brought it in."
"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! I had multiple experiences at Bob Johnson Dodge Jeep Chrysler and I feel compelled to warn everyone to stay away from this dealership. This place shamelessly takes advantage of Soldiers and anyone else who walks through their doors. First off, the sales team at Bob Johnson is completely unwilling to negotiate on prices. They rely on the steady stream of Soldiers who need cars, knowing they can exploit them without any consequence. It is obvious they have no interest in customer satisfaction. They only care about taking your money. The service department is even worse. The mechanics here are extremely incompetent and do the bare minimum, if that. They don't care about your vehicle or the quality of their work. I've had multiple issues with incomplete jobs or not knowing how to do the job. Each time I got my car serviced, I ended up having to YouTube how to fix it and make the repairs myself. They try to nickle and dime you on incomplete services too. They clearly have no pride in what they do here. The ladies working in the service department are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They all act like a bunch of high school bullies to their customers. One worker in particular is Rebecca. She is absolutely one of the worst and the ring leader. She constantly makes snide comments under her breath and seems to thrive on creating drama and conflict with her customers. These ladies are not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers who are simply seeking help with their vehicles. This is what it looks like to have managers but no leaders. People NEED to get fired. It is painfully evident that Bob Johnson Dodge Jeep Chrysler is all about taking your money and nothing else. They have no regard for the people they serve. This dealership is a disgrace and I strongly urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid Bob Johnson Dodge Jeep Chrysler at all costs. Hopefully they become blacklisted from the military some day. They are a disgrace on our community and a disservice to our Soldiers."
