"Purchased a 2015 VW Golf SportWagen TDI used in February 2020 with ~30k miles on the odometer (not from Romano). Car was originally registered in Texas according to VIN records. In late 2021 I noted corrosion appearing around the front passenger door handle. I became aware that VW offered a 12 Year, Unlimited Mileage, Limited Warranty for corrosion and contacted Romano Volkswagen to see if this corrosion qualified. I brought the car in and they took pictures and in the process also identified signs of corrosion on the rear driver side and rear passenger side doors (same general location). The warranty claim was approved and I brought the car in for repairs in early 2022. Romano Volkswagen uses the neighboring Romano Mercedes as their body repair shop. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and in general I was satisfied with the experience, despite the paint color match being less than perfect. Approximately 6 months later in September of 2022, I noted that the paint was starting to bubble on the front passenger side door and then reported the corrosion to Romano Volkswagen/Mercedes in November of 2022. Romano VW/Mercedes agreed to repair the corrosion due to the fact that it appeared "

"If I could give this service zero star, or negative star, I would do. I suggest people to stay away this service. I feel I was trapped. First day, I talked with the woman (Sarah Bogus ?) to replace the locking nuts (totally 4 nuts and one from each wheel) to my son's Jetta with regular nut for each wheel. The price she gave me is 60$. The second day, I drove my car to the service and the price is $169. The woman disappeared and other receptionist said she was on lunch and asked me to wait for 20 minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes and I never saw this woman showed off. I had to pay off the bill and ran away from this place and I would never ever go to this place. Do not take customer as a fool."

"Everyone was extremely professional. There was some confusion which services were requested, and which services were required. A Tire rotation service was provided that was not requested, but after realizing the mistake it was removed from the bill. I was still charged $270 more than initially estimated which for a service that I most likely would have paid for happily, but the charge wasn't communicated beforehand and was a bit of a surprise. Spring replaced in suspension was covered under warranty, but the alignment afterward was not. The only thing I would change about the interaction is a phone call before adding the alignment service, if it is not covered under warranty for the suspension work that is a decision for me to make and not to be added without my foreknowledge."
