"Customer lounge and service bay are clean and well appointed, but "no-touch service" lacks customer service. I was (eventually) able to talk to a human when I arrived about the issues with my car. I also want to discuss those issues when I leave. This did not happen until I ignored the instructions on my phone, entered the service area without permission (through an Employee Only door), and stood in the service bay until one of the techs acknowledged me. $50 service (at $200/hr labor rate) took 2 hours to complete. Sure beats driving to Rochester for mediocre service though."

"Tesla Fayetteville put a new drive unit in my Tesla Model 3 under warranty. They took a couple of days but the work seems to be solid. Thank you Matt you did right by me."

"If there would be a negative number, I would use it. I drop my vehicle on 3/11 for a door repair. In the estimate they included to change the VCM unit which was recalled. They told me first the problem with the door will be fix in a few hours and to wait but then they called me to tell me they did not include the time to upgrade the software after the VCM changed and that will take till next day. They gave me a loaner and sent me home 1.5 hrs away. Next day no updates. At the third day date I complained, manager called saying the car had to stay because they could not open the door, therefore they could not fix it yet. As car was not under warranty any more, if they break any pieces that would be on me. Although I appreciate the fact he was trying to be conservative, I do not appreciate the original lie about the software and how they kept everything as a secret. Finally we got our car back today, and the door is completely crooked! They also scratched the paint and upholstery. Very disappointed"

"Utterly incompetent - I’ve found Tesla service terrible for the 8 years I’ve had my car, but this is the worst experience I’ve had. I showed up early for a scheduled appointment and more than three hours later was told they hadn’t bothered to take my car in for service. They weren’t busy, they just forgot it (while they audibly bragged about their prowess as mechanics and insulted owners in the service bay). But, be assured, I’m the jerk for complaining."

"Newly opened site! Had a test drive today. I chose the Model Y Long Range. Staff are friendly, location convenient. Very good experience. Highly recommended."
