"I was forgotten and waited hours for my car only to find out, at closing time, that they did nothing on my vehicle and never told me. I asked about my vehicle 30 mins before they closed and that's when they found out and told me. Even the Boss didn't know that they didn't work on my vehicle that day, nor did they notify me of same. Took 2 more days to get my car. Not happy with the customer service I received and most likely will not return to them. Lots more happened,but you get the idea."
