"I will never purchase a car from here again! Owned my vehicle 4 months when the hatch stop working due to water damage before I purchased. (Extended Warranty will not cover) $1350 out of pocket bill to have it fixed. Have Valve issues and a cracked oil pan. Owned it 7 months. And I was supposed to get another remote. When I called to let them know that the one at the dealership was the wrong vin number. Crickets not one reply back. Don't make promises you can't keep. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Update: 8/14/24 Syracuse called 8/9/2024 and promised to call back in 30 minutes with what they can do for me 3 days later still nothing. I want the hatch repaired I said I could’ve care less about the remote I never received. But of course only silence. So again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! $20K car and I have to fix damage that was there when purchased."

"Purchased a car from Enterprise because I had a family member who used to work for them in another state. She said they were great and offered up her discount. I ALWAYS ask about accidents!! When I asked and was shown the paperwork no accident was disclosed. I went to have the bumper looked at bc it was getting "looser" over time. It was held in place by cheap glue and missing bolts/ screws. Looks like an aftermarket or possible junk yard bumper was used and shoddy repair work. Thankfully I have a good body repair shop but it still cost me over $600."

"I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica mini van. The sale experience wasn't bad but just be careful to look your vehicle over after the test drive and paperwork before taking delivery. I later found out that my vehicle was involved in a accident with was not discussed during the test drive. My rear quarter window had a leak that I fixed myself. There was damage to the roof on the right side. A couple of panels did not align and drivers side drl was not working. I also purchased the Ziebart package that listed for $899 the final bill was only $470 after discount. I never received a refund. Also if a family member works for Enterprise your eligible for a discount The sales rep never entertained my discount code that I receive from a family member. I reached out to talk to the sales manager before writing this review I'm by the end of the business thing I still haven't heard from him so just be cautious when dealing with the dealership. Don't make the same mistake I didn't."
